Job summary

Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a Senior Paid Social Manager to own strategy and hands-on execution across Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, and Pinterest. You will manage ecommerce accounts spending from roughly $50K to $700K+ monthly, shaping testing, audience architecture, attribution, and optimization.

This role is fully remote and focused on paid social, with direct collaboration with founders and senior decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid social experience.
• Proven experience managing accounts spending $250K+ per month.
• Expert-level Meta Ads Manager experience.
• Strong knowledge of Advantage+ and catalog advertising.
• Hands-on campaign management on TikTok, AppLovin, or Pinterest.
• Knowledge of Conversions API, event match quality, and deduplication.

Responsibilities

• Audit accounts and optimize structure, attribution, audiences and placements.
• Own hands-on campaign management and optimization across paid social platforms.
• Expand budgets into TikTok, AppLovin, and Pinterest when warranted.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for budget allocation.
