Job summary

SOPHiA GENETICS in Boston, MA, seeks a Senior Order Fulfilment and Distribution Specialist for a hybrid role (3 days in the office). You will own the full order cycle for North America and Latin America, coordinating temperature-controlled shipments and customs with production, sales and logistics partners.

You will also manage orders through the US warehouse and a third-party logistics provider, ensuring timely delivery and top service levels while supporting evolving distribution models.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with end-to-end order fulfilment and international distribution.
• Experience shipping temperature-sensitive products by air freight.
• Familiar with US customs and cross-border documentation.
• Experience in pharma/healthcare or regulated products preferred.
• Spanish language skills valuable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order fulfilment from order entry to delivery.
• Coordinate international shipments from Europe to North America and Latin America.
• Serve as regional contact for customer requests and delivery issues.
• Manage orders via the US warehouse and third-party logistics partner.
• Collaborate with production, sales and sales operations to ensure reliable service.
