Job summary

GenScript USA Inc./ProBio Inc. in New Jersey seeks a logistics professional to manage international shipments at a GMP facility, handling clinical and commercial materials end-to-end.

Responsibilities include contracts with forwarders, customs clearance, bond management, and coordinating with sourcing, receiving, storing and shipping teams to meet schedules and compliance. Qualifications

• 3+ years in shipping, warehouse or distribution.
• 2 years in pharmaceutical/biotech industry preferred.
• Able to lift and move materials.
• Experience with cold-chain logistics preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cGMP requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage international end-to-end logistics process, including contracts for forwarding service, customs clearance & bonds, brokers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on scheduling, receiving, storing and shipping orders.
• Provide customs and tracking support including importing clearance and maintaining customs annual bond, applying import/export license and permit.
• Serve as a hands-on resource in Shipping and Receiving, communicating with other departments on shipping processes and procedures.
• Maintain shipping records in relevant systems.
• Process freight invoices accordingly for various shipping activities.
• Adherence to all QMS, cGMP, SOP and EHS policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
