Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and delivery for all Platinum Package experiences.
• Oversee on-site delivery for Platinum Package guests including hotels, transport, and add-ons.
• Collaborate with Accommodations on hotel operations and lounge locations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support guest journey from planning to execution.
• Maintain a guest-first approach across the event ecosystem.
