On Location, a unit of TKO Group Holdings, Inc., is seeking a Director of Greater LA Area - Venue Operations & Transportation for the LA28 Olympic Games. This role leads cross-functional hospitality operations at scale, ensuring unified, executable Games-time strategy and seamless client delivery across venues and off-venue sites.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in large-scale event operations, exceptional leadership, and proven ability to manage high-pressure, high-touch hospitality programs

Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in large-scale event operations or hospitality.
• Demonstrated success delivering high-touch, high-complexity hospitality programs under intense operational pressure.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and operational reporting tools.
• Right to live and work in the USA, specifically in the Los Angeles host city market.
• Ability to commit to a full time role

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Advance Venue Team planning and execution for the LA28 venues in the Greater LA outlying area.
• Drive development and implementation of integrated operational plans across venue operations, hospitality, and transportation.
• Serve as a central coordinator to ensure last mile functions are aligned and execution-ready for Games-time conditions
