Job summary

LA28 is seeking a seasoned Manager, Venue Broadcast Planning and Operations to lead broadcast planning for competition venues in Los Angeles. You will partner with Olympic Broadcasting Services teams to shape infrastructure and plans that enable world-class coverage during the Games.

This is a full-time on-site role based in Downtown LA, demanding strong stakeholder management, multi-venue coordination, and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in broadcast industry
• Experience with major multi-venue events
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building
• Ability to translate technical requirements into executable plans

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for broadcast planning and information exchange
• Lead meetings and briefings with production teams
• Support infrastructure planning for competition venues
• Lead site visits to venues and assess broadcast needs
• Collaborate across Venue Infrastructure, Technology, Hospitality and Games Operations to streamline approvals and optimizations
