Job summary

LA28 is seeking a Senior Manager, Food and Beverage to lead and deliver the F&B experience across multiple LA28 venues for the 2028 Games. You will shape operational plans, establish standards, and drive on-site service for athletes, workers, and fans.

With 7+ years in large-scale F&B operations, you will partner with Event Management and the broader team to ensure reliable, safe, and high-quality service across venues. On-site office in Downtown LA and a pathway to impact the Games are offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in food and beverage operations, including venue, stadium, or major live-event environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the Event Management cluster of venues on all food and beverage operational needs and planning.
• Partner with the food and beverage team to plan and deliver the operational items required for the Games.
• Establish repeatable operating standards and consistent service levels across all venues in the cluster.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to keep food and beverage delivery on schedule and on standard.
• Build and support strong teammate relationships that keep venue food and beverage operations running smoothly.
