Job summary

On Location is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Platinum Access to support custom program development for Olympic and Paralympic Games. You will help sell to corporate buyers, HNWI, sponsors, and rightsholders, while optimizing CRM and on-site delivery processes.

You will collaborate with multiple On Location teams to ensure seamless program execution, including budgeting, vendor management, and on-site operations for high‑impact experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or business development.
• Experience with Salesforce and CRM tools.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and complex accounts.

Responsibilities

• Support pipeline management and CRM tools for enterprise clients.
• Lead onboarding and training for new team members.
• Manage Platinum Access team expenses and budgeting.
• Collaborate across Technology, Data, Direct Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
