Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk or a related field.
• 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in Markets and Securities Services, Risk or Network Management.
• 5 years of experience in compliance, risk, audit or control roles.
• Operations, cash management, relationship management, global custody, broker dealer industry or network management.
• International securities and cash clearing and settlement practices, rules and regulations.
• Monitoring and analyzing costs, revenues, and financial aspects of securities services, including P&L, pricing, and budgeting.
• Travel up to 6% internationally and domestically.

Responsibilities

• Providing stakeholder support to Global Relationship Managers and client support teams.
• Supplying technical expertise and market insights on international securities markets.
• Coordinating cross-regional projects and due diligence documentation.
• Escalating serious issues between internal stakeholders and agent banks.
• Overseeing and managing assigned Agent Relationships and SLA reviews.
