Scout Motors, Inc. in Charlotte, North Carolina seeks a seasoned Global Mobility Manager to lead U.S. immigration support and relocation programs. You will coordinate with finance, HR, hiring managers, TA, legal, and external vendors to deliver timely expat services.

This role requires 7–10 years of mobility experience, strong immigration knowledge, and excellent communication. On-site 4–5 days/week with in-person meetings and events.

Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years of experience in global mobility or related HR
• Strong understanding of U.S. employment-based immigration processes
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and customer-focused mindset

Aufgaben

• Facilitate support services for assignments and transfers to the U.S.
• Respond to inquiries from Scout expats, Global Assignment teams, hiring managers, talent acquisition, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate immigration/visa processing, home search, school search, host banking, social security, language training, etc.
• Manage payment and tracking of vendor invoices, reimbursement of relocation expenses.
• Collaborate with finance, HR business partners, hiring managers, TA, legal, and external vendors to optimize Scout’s Global Mobility program.
• Keep an ongoing list of Global Mobility program strengths and weaknesses for future improvement.
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Support U.S. immigration case preparation and tracking with external counsel.
• Maintain mobility data, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
