Sabre Corporation is seeking a Senior Global Mobility Specialist to oversee end-to-end relocation and U.S. immigration processes within its global People Operations team.

You will partner with Legal, Payroll, and external vendors to resolve complex mobility issues, drive process improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions. The role emphasizes advisory support, data analysis, and system enhancements to automate workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
• Proven experience in global mobility or people operations.
• Strong knowledge of US immigration regulations and related labor processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end global mobility assignments, including visa/work permit applications and relocation logistics.
• Manage US immigration processes (H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, Green Card) with counsel.
• Advise on international and US immigration, tax, and labor laws to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with People, Legal, Payroll and external vendors on mobility processes.
• Provide employee guidance and serve as escalation point for mobility issues.
• Identify system enhancements to automate mobility processes, including AI-enabled solutions.
• Develop and refine global mobility and immigration policies.
• Analyze mobility metrics to identify process improvements and cost savings.
• Manage vendor relationships with relocation providers, immigration attorneys, and tax advisors.
