You will translate market developments into client impacts, coordinate with multiple teams, and drive remediation of issues to support market activation. The role emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and the ability to deliver concise guidance across regulatory and legal contexts while maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of global custody, market opening, settlement, tax docs, and cross-border servicing.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into concise guidance for clients.
• Experience coordinating with clients, custodians, and internal partners.
• Assess market readiness, identify risks, and propose practical solutions with minimal guidance.
• Strong research/analytic skills to monitor market developments and impacts.
• Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and written communication skills.
• Capability to manage multiple complex market initiatives and deadlines.
• Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and handle escalation.
• Experience creating market guides, client communications, procedures, or training materials.
• Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing.
