Job summary

Ground Up Coffee & Tea, LLC (GUCT) in New York is seeking a Senior Logistics Coordinator to own complex logistics across international shipments, production, inventory, and customer order fulfillment. The role partners with vendors, 3PLs, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues and drive improvements in a fast-paced beverage supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain or related field.
• 3–5 years of logistics, supply chain or related operations experience.
• Experience coordinating international imports/exports and end-to-end shipments.
• Experience with manufacturers, freight forwarders, carriers or 3PLs.
• Experience with production scheduling, inventory planning, and order fulfillment.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, transportation and customs.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end logistics coordination for complex international shipments.
• Serve as primary contact for escalated shipment issues and corrective actions.
• Manage relationships with vendors, 3PLs, carriers, and manufacturing partners.
• Monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Review shipment charges and documentation for accuracy.
• Support production scheduling, inventory visibility, and demand planning.
