Job summary

Ground Up Coffee & Tea, LLC (GUCT) in New York, NY, is seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator to support end-to-end shipment coordination, production planning, and inventory management in a fast-paced, import/export environment.

You will collaborate with manufacturers, freight forwarders, 3PLs, and internal teams, maintain ERP records, and ensure timely fulfillment of orders while monitoring lead times and reporting on inventory health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or supply chain required.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end shipment coordination and documentation.
• Manage production schedules and monitor inventory across locations.
• Reconcile monthly inventory audits and investigate discrepancies.
• Create and maintain ERP records (POs, SOs, receipts, fulfillments).
• Work with 3PLs and carriers to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
