CEVA Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily activities on the warehouse floor at Mt. Juliet, TN. You will lead clerks, packers, and material handlers, coordinating with management to ensure efficient operations and timely reporting.

The role requires leadership experience, knowledge of LEAN/Kanban practices, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will contribute to a dynamic team in a fast-paced logistics environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Education and experience: High School Diploma or GED; minimum one year in manufacturing or warehouse with shipping/receiving experience; leadership preferred.
• Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet and job-specific software; accurate typing/data entry.
• Characteristics: Organizational, prioritization under deadlines, professional customer responsiveness, project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and coordination to management.
• Manage various records; generate reports and communicate with sources including customer via fax, email, paper, phone and in person.
• Lead clerks, packers, material handlers and pickers to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform special projects as directed by supervisor and management.
