Job summary

Welocalize, a Welo Global brand, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end localization programs for large enterprise clients, coordinating cross-functional teams across regions. You will manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and client communications, driving quality, profitability, and client satisfaction while expanding partnerships and ensuring scalable delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with relevant industry experience.
• Proven track record in Localization Project Management.
• Experience working internationally or with global product development teams.
• Experience within a technology-driven company or environment.
• Proven success managing large enterprise clients.
• Experience leading and delivering large-scale accounts and complex projects.
• Experience creating client-facing documentation (SOWs, proposals, process docs, post-project reviews).
• Demonstrated process improvements and operational initiatives.
• Experience supporting new client sales cycles, including presentations and relationship development.
• Strong experience managing budgets, reconciliations, and budget reporting.
• Hands-on experience with CAT and TMS tools (Crowdin, Smartling, XTM, Phrase).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise global teams with direct and indirect reports.
• Prepare, analyze, and implement project plans aligned with Welocalize standards.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules for timely delivery.
• Prepare project estimates and proposals for client review and approval.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement plans to minimize issues.
• Oversee QA projects, including resource allocation and defect management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Create and maintain process documentation.
• Operate independently with moderate support and escalate scope issues timely.
• Partner with production teams to drive continuous improvement in delivery and profitability.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop trusted client relationships at the project level and drive satisfaction.
• Ensure timely communication and accurate financial data across projects.
• Prepare and deliver weekly status updates and budget analyses.
• Plan, prepare, and lead quarterly business reviews with clients.
