Job summary

Verkada Inc. is seeking a Senior Leave of Absence Associate to own and elevate our global leave programs. You will be the SME for leave administration, partnering with People Partners, Payroll and Benefits to build scalable processes for Verkada’s global growth.

The role requires on-site presence at one of our offices in San Mateo, CA, Salt Lake City, UT, or Tempe, AZ, five days a week, with emphasis on accurate case management, top-up calculations, and analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in global leave administration or HR operations with hands-on ownership.
• 2
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, CFRA, ADA, PDL, PFL and related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer the full portfolio of leave programs globally across jurisdictions.
• Own the full leave lifecycle from intake to return-to-work.
• Develop and scale international leave processes with partners and vendors.
• Support workplace accommodations with legal and People Partners.
• Deliver accurate LOA reporting and dashboards for leadership.
