Job summary

Lilly in Indianapolis, Indiana, is seeking an HR Business Partner who can design and deliver AI-enabled HR solutions, shaping work design and workflows to boost speed and reduce friction across functions and geographies. You will partner with Technology and HR platforms such as Workday, lead iterative pilots, and collaborate with external vendors.

A Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of HR experience are required, and you must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time.
• Experience designing processes, workflows, or digital solutions from the ground up.
• Working familiarity with Workday and HR platforms; quick to learn new tools.
• Understanding AI and automation value and limits.
• Strong facilitation and teaching ability; ability to build capability in others.
• Ability to translate between business, HR, and technical audiences.
• Exposure to work design or transformation programs.
• Comfort working in white space with undefined problems.
• Iterative mindset; prefer rough versions and learning.
