Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager & Global Process Lead, End-to-End (E2E) Planning to advance global planning standards and capabilities. You will own E2E Planning governance and adoption across Supply Chain, Finance, Technology, and business functions to drive planning excellence and business performance globally.
The role combines deep planning expertise with strategy, critical thinking, and digital acumen to shape future planning through process innovation and capability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- 7+ years in Supply Chain Planning, IBP, or related areas.
- Experience leading global transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English.
Responsabilités
- Define and evolve global E2E Planning standards and governance.
- Monitor process health, maturity, and performance metrics.
- Lead global process transformation initiatives.
- Maintain global planning playbooks, docs, and training materials.
- Champion E2E planning initiatives across regions and functions.
- Lead communities of practice and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with Digital, Data Science, and Technology teams.
- Guide development of training and capability programs.
- Benchmark and promote innovative planning approaches.
