You will lead initiatives spanning scenario planning, inventory monitoring, and IBP integration, while championing training and capability-building across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, IBP, or End-to-End Planning.
• Experience leading process improvement or global capability-building initiatives.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global End-to-End Planning Standards and Governance across regions and sectors.
• Define and evolve global E2E planning principles, governance, and operating models.
• Establish and monitor health, maturity, and performance metrics for planning processes.
• Lead transformation initiatives arising from business, organizational, or technology changes.
• Maintain global planning playbooks, process docs, and training materials.
