Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Planning – External Operations to be based at multiple U.S. locations including NJ, PA, MA, IN or FL.

This role leads planning activities to meet service levels and manages end-to-end product flow from external manufacturing to the J&J distribution network. The position requires strong data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and deep knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics or Operations preferred.
• 8 years of related experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Business Analytics, and/or Supply Chain Management required or 6 years with Master’s degree.
• An MBA degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead External Operations planning activities for a portfolio of products to meet service level, global inventory and agility objectives.
• Drive service, inventory and agility performance across external supply chains and manage planning from external partner manufacturing to J&J distribution.
• Use data to drive continuous improvement of supply chain processes.
• Develop and execute a capacity and supply planning strategy to improve overall supply chain performance.
