Job summary

Dexcom Inc. seeks a senior regulatory leader to drive Latin America regulatory strategy for our CGM devices. You will interact directly with authorities to shape review timelines and ensure compliant outcomes while aligning with Dexcom’s commercial goals.

You will oversee regulatory activities for new and existing medical devices, manage consultants and key opinion leaders, and mentor the team to strengthen regulatory capability across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 13+ years of industry experience.
• 5-8 years of previous people management experience.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and champion regulatory strategy in Latin America.
• Interact with regulatory bodies to impact review timelines and outcomes.
• Direct regulatory activities for medical devices to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Manage external relationships with consultants and industry groups.
• Represent Dexcom at regional conferences.
• Guide regulatory staffing strategy for Latin America and develop talent.
