Dexcom seeks an experienced Senior Medical Affairs Manager to lead the end‑to‑end global scientific conference strategy. You will collaborate cross‑functionally across Clinical Affairs, HEOR, Data Science, and Marketing to drive high‑impact scientific engagement and credible publication planning.

You will analyze clinical and real‑world data to guide submissions, align with business priorities, and support post‑market evidence across emerging markets and geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 13+ years of industry experience.
• 5-8 years of people management experience.
• Advanced degree preferred (Master’s, MPH, PhD, or PharmD).
• Experience in scientific conference planning or medical communications.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end global scientific conference strategy and execution.
• Coordinate cross‑functional planning with Clinical Affairs, HEOR, and others.
• Lead data reviews and inform conference submissions with evidence needs.
• Develop strategic medical communications for regional and in‑country conferences.
• Measure impact of conference initiatives and align with corporate goals.
