Job summary

Hygiena, located in Camarillo, California, seeks a Global Product Manager - Instruments to own the multi-year roadmap for instrumentation platforms, accessories, firmware, and onboard software in Environmental Monitoring. You will translate market needs into MRDs/PRDs and collaborate across R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Sales to drive successful launches globally.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Microbiology, Food Science, Biology, Biochemistry or a related field required.
• MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in relevant roles, incl. 3 years in product management and 3 years launching instrumentation/software.

Responsibilities

• Own the Vision & Roadmap for instrumentation platforms and software.
• Produce MRDs, opportunity assessments, and portfolio recommendations.
• Lead gap analysis, rationalization, and end-of-life decisions.
• Define GTM strategy, pricing, and launch readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Sales.
• Develop KPIs and lead quarterly portfolio reviews.
