Job summary

Hygiena, based in Camarillo, CA, seeks a Global Product Manager - Consumable for a full-time remote role. You will own the multi-year roadmap for environmental monitoring consumables, build MRDs/PRDs, and lead cross-functional teams from concept through launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the Vision & Roadmap for the environmental monitoring consumables portfolio.
• Produce MRDs, opportunity assessments, and portfolio recommendations with sizing, revenue, and risk.
• Lead gap analysis, line extensions, rationalization, and end-of-life decisions with stakeholders.
• Develop 1–3 year tactical plans and contribute to 5–10 year strategic plans toward Hygiena's objectives.
• Serve as commercial lead in Product Commercialization and Innovation processes from concept through launch.
• Translate market problems into MRDs/PRDs with clear performance criteria and launch readines s.
• Partner with R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Finance, and Sales from concept to commercialization.
• Define GTM, value proposition, packaging, pricing, and ensure launch readiness across regions.
