Hygiena, headquartered in Camarillo, California, is seeking a Sr Global Product Manager - Molecular Diagnostics to lead strategic product initiatives in a remote, full-time role. You will drive portfolio strategy, NPI, and lifecycle management across global markets, collaborating with R&D, Manufacturing, Marketing and Sales to deliver diagnostics solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in molecular diagnostics (qPCR/NGS), 5+ years in food safety or life sciences product
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology, Food Science, Biology, Biochemistry or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of food safety experience.
- Minimum 3 years in product management or strategic product marketing in a B2B setting.
- 3+ years hands-on experience with molecular tech such as qPCR and/or NGS.
- Up to 20% travel domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategies over 1–3 years and 5–10 years horizons.
- Lead NPI and portfolio lifecycle management including pricing and sustaining innovation.
- Align product vision with market dynamics and regulatory landscapes.
- Drive go-to-market strategies to unlock incremental growth.
- Oversee forecasting, performance monitoring, and supply chain considerations.
