Job summary

Hygiena, a leader in rapid microbiology diagnostics based in Camarillo, CA, seeks a Market Development, Senior Specialist to shape and execute strategic market programs that accelerate customer adoption and revenue growth. This fully remote, full-time role blends content development, messaging, and go-to-market execution across segments, regions, and channels.

You will partner with Marketing, Product, Scientific Affairs, and Sales to translate customer needs into compelling value propositions,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Safety or related field, or Marketing/Business background.
• Minimum 5 years in Market Development or related commercial roles.
• Experience developing marketing campaigns & sales enablement programs.
• Ability translate customer needs into value propositions & commercial messaging.
• Experience in B2B markets; regulated industries preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Execute Market Development initiatives aligned with strategic direction.
• Translate strategic initiatives into actionable commercial programs that accelerate market penetration and customer adoption.
• Develop and maintain sales enablement assets and training materials.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales to support campaigns.
• Plan and deliver content and training for regional teams and partners.
