Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Senior Incentive Programs Specialist to design, launch, and analyze global incentive programs that drive advertiser revenue and strategic goals.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance to ensure efficient execution and robust process improvement across the organization. You will monitor funding allocations, perform ongoing performance analysis, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize incentive deployment while ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related field.
• Proficient in Salesforce and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations and program analysis across Snap’s Advertiser, Agency, and GM Fund incentive programs.
• Monitor incentive funding allocations across programs, tracking utilization and value.
• Conduct recurring analysis of program utilization and performance to identify trends and risks.
• Partner with Sales teams to understand incentive usage and validate funding requests.
• Review and guide complex incentive requests with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance and Accounting.
• Provide day-to-day operational support across incentive programs, troubleshoot issues, and move requests through fulfillment.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret data to develop actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Contribute to design and improvement of operational processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Triage complex operational issues and develop data-informed recommendations.
