Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Senior Incentive Programs Specialist to design, launch, and analyze global advertiser incentive programs.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance to optimize funding deployment, monitor utilization, and improve processes across Snap’s incentive landscape. The role requires strong SQL skills, data visualization experience, and the ability to drive programs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required in business, marketing, communications, or related fields.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
• Proficient in Salesforce.
• Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations and program analysis across Snap’s incentive programs.
• Monitor incentive funding allocations and track utilization to ensure proper deployment.
• Analyze program utilization to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with Sales teams to understand incentive usage and funding alignment with objectives.
• Provide guidance on complex incentive requests balancing commercial goals with program requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues and move requests from approval to fulfillment.
• Extract, analyze, and communicate program performance to stakeholders.
• Contribute to design and improvement of operational processes for scalability.
