Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Senior Incentive Programs Specialist to design, launch, and analyze global incentive programs that drive revenue and strategic goals. You will partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance to shape advertiser incentives and improve processes.

You will extract, analyze, and communicate insights from internal systems, optimizing operations and enabling scalable programs for advertisers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, marketing, or related field.
• 4+ years of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or related field.
• Proficient in Salesforce.
• Experience working effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations and program analysis across Snap’s Incentive programs.
• Monitor incentive funding allocations and ensure proper deployment.
• Conduct analysis of program utilization and performance to identify trends and risks.
• Partner with Sales to understand usage and align requests with objectives.
• Review complex incentive requests in partnership with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Accounting.
• Provide day-to-day operational support and resolve execution issues.
