Job summary

Snap Inc. in New York is seeking a Senior Incentive Programs Specialist to design, launch, and analyze global advertiser incentive programs. You will partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance to optimize funding deployment and provide actionable insights from data.

The role requires strong SQL, Looker/Tableau, Salesforce and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid or on-site in NYC with equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• 4+ years of relevent experience in Revenue Ops or Sales Ops.
• Proficient in Salesforce.
• Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with cross-functional teams.
• Strong data extraction/SQL and data visualization experience.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations and program analysis of Snap’s incentive programs across advertiser and agency segments.
• Monitor incentive funding allocations, track utilization, and ensure alignment with guardrails.
• Analyze program performance to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing and Finance to guide requests and provide visibility into funding.
• Provide day-to-day operational support and resolve execution issues for incentive programs.
• Extract and interpret data to develop insights and report performance to stakeholders.
• Help design and improve operational workflows within Global Trading & Incentive Programs.
