Snap Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join the Sales team in Los Angeles. You will grow senior-level client relationships, analyze campaign performance, and lead cross-functional campaigns on Snapchat and related products.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, proactive leadership in RFPs, and strong communication with brands and agencies in a fast-paced environment. A base salary with incentive opportunities and RSUs are available.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business, communications, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of data-driven campaign performance analysis.
• Experience with digital media, ad-tech, real-time bidding.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and proactively grow relationships with key clients and agency partners.
• Proactively lead product update discussions and educate brands on Snap products for optimal performance.
• Help onboard new account managers and account specialists on best practices and cross-functional relations.
• Collaborate with account executives and creative strategists in RFPs to develop innovative campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Lead projects with complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Analyze campaign data; guide KPI-driven measurement and identify optimization opportunities.
• Increase adoption of Snap’s self-service platform and provide ongoing technical support.
• Develop best-in-class case studies with a test-and-learn agenda across categories.
