Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certification OR experience in a customer facing or client service-oriented role
• At least 4 years of business immigration experience (paralegal)
• Strong knowledge of procedural requirements for nonimmigrant and immigrant visas and client processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading and fluent prose
• Experience using MS Word and Excel
• Desire to contribute to a positive work environment and teamwork

Aufgaben

• Perform substantive, client-facing work in employment-based immigration matters
• Independently prepare and file petitions with government agencies
• Oversee case status using case management and billing systems
• Conduct client intake, establish case strategy, and suggest process improvements
• Produce clear written work products applying immigration knowledge
• Communicate case status clearly with foreign nationals and clients
• Meet SLAs and report progress to supervisor
• Assist in hiring and training new team members
• Monitor policy changes and update processes
• Utilize reporting tools to manage data and inform decisions
