Responsibilities

• Develop expert-level understanding of the client base, industries served, and firm practice areas.
• Independently oversee and manage assignments with minimal supervision as a senior team member.
• Research complex technical immigration issues and formulate solutions, including documentation.
• Independently prepare and file cases and develop strategies for complex matters.
• Explain relatively complex issues to diverse audiences.
• Understand the business strategy of the practice area and the firm.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and participate in meetings and workshops.
• Proactively communicate with clients within SLAs and team protocols.
• Supervise junior associates and staff, mentoring and performance guidance.
• Ensure compliance with firm standards and use of firm systems for data quality.
