Ocado is seeking a Senior HSFE Specialist to join our Operational Services team in Hatfield, with travel to UK CFCs and potential international sites. You will drive Health, Safety, Fire and Environmental compliance across our sites, work with leadership to embed a proactive safety culture, and deliver first-line activities to improve safety standards globally.

Travel will be required, and you will provide day-to-day guidance, audits, incidents investigations and KPI reporting to support

Formación

• Solid understanding of UK health and safety legislation and its practical application within an operational environment.
• Proven experience conducting risk assessments, site audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Experience delivering practical H&S advice, training and guidance to managers and operational staff across a multi-site network.
• Experience developing or maintaining H&S policies, procedures, and training programmes.
• Strong knowledge of incident reporting requirements (e.g., RIDDOR) and regulatory standards.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver for Today: support site inspections, audits, risk assessments and investigations, resolving actions.
• Execute with Quality: maintain HSFE documentation, reporting cadences and comply with standards.
