Job summary

Huel seeks a Head of EMEA Quality & Food Safety to own the QFS agenda across its European and international manufacturing base. Based at the UK HQ in Tring, you will lead a high-performing team, define the strategy, ensure compliance with BRC, FSSC 22000 and other standards, and drive CPMU improvements while partnering with co-manufacturers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in food safety and quality across EMEA.
• Deep knowledge of FSSC 22000, BRC and other food safety standards.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop multi-disciplinary teams.

• Lead the EMEA QFS function across all products and sites.
• Define and drive the EMEA QFS strategy and continuous improvement across sites.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and manage risk assessments.
