Job summary

Owens Corning is seeking a Regional EHS Manager to drive site culture and corporate safety and environmental compliance across multiple locations. You will develop, implement, and evaluate SIF and critical safety programs, lead incident investigations, and ensure regulatory compliance while promoting a world-class EHS program.

The role requires coordinating with site leadership, mentoring EHS staff, and traveling up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in EH&S or related field.
Minimum 10+ years leading EHS in industrial manufacturing.
Experience managing multiple facilities preferred.
Willingness to travel and bilingual English/Spanish required.
Knowledge of OSHA standards, EPA/state regulations, and training delivery.

Responsibilities

Drive site culture and corporate strategic guidance on safety and environmental compliance.
Develop, implement and evaluate SIF and critical safety programs.
Lead EHS incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
Provide leadership and coaching across locations within the Doors Division EHS team.
Support environmental reporting and compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
Coach site leadership to prioritize EHS goals and sustain a world-class program.
Participate in Kaizen/Lean events and drive continuous improvement in safety practices.
