Job summary

Phyton Talent Advisors is seeking a highly organized, senior Program/Project Manager to lead a major enterprise initiative that centralizes 4–5 core systems across a global organization. You will unify regional workstreams, drive discipline, and own governance with HR as the primary stakeholder.

You’ll lead Steering Groups and multiple workstreams, ensure a single source of truth in JIRA, and hold stakeholders accountable while applying Agile rigor to a complex implementation.

Qualifications

• Strong program and project management experience in hybrid environments.
• Experience on large-scale enterprise or global implementations.
• Deep expertise with JIRA and Agile methodologies.
• HR transformation or HR tech experience is a plus.
• Experience establishing governance, steering committees and working groups.
• Track record managing global and regional stakeholders at senior levels.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Bring together siloes and create a consistent operating rhythm across the program.
• Coordinate regional remits to align local execution with global goals.
• Manage Steering Groups and ~5 working groups; prepare agendas and follow-through.
• Own governance: documentation, action items, dependencies, decisions.
• Ensure JIRA is the single source of truth for program status.
• Identify and address gaps; hold teams accountable.
• Partner with senior stakeholders, including HR leadership, to present status and risks.
• Apply Agile rigor to a large-scale enterprise implementation with multiple workstreams.
