Qualifications
- Doctorate/masters/bachelor options with HR project management experience.
- Experience leading multinational HR transformation initiatives.
- Ability to define strategy and governance for large programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale HR transformation projects across geographies.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Technology, and business leaders to shape strategy.
- Establish governance, budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics for initiatives.
- Mentor project team members and drive accountability across workstreams.
