Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Program Manager, ERP & Enterprise Technology to lead large-scale ERP and enterprise application initiatives for a client in the foodservice sector. You will align business stakeholders, IT teams, and partners to drive successful transformations across procure-to-pay and supply chain processes.

The role requires strong governance, KPI reporting, budget oversight, and risk management, with proven ability to guide cross-functional teams and manage complex programs

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ERP experience.
• 7+ years of program/project management experience with KPI reporting and budget oversight.
• Experience with large-scale ERP implementations, integrations, and system transformations.
• Background in supply chain, warehousing, B2B, or related industries.
• PMP or PgMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large-scale ERP and enterprise technology initiatives across the organization.
• Act as the central interface between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.
• Oversee program planning, execution, and reporting with focus on timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Guide cross-functional teams through enterprise system implementations, integrations, and process standardization.
