Amgen seeks an Internal Consulting Senior Manager to lead complex HR transformation programs across a global enterprise. You will drive strategic direction, partner with HR executives, and deliver multi-year projects that modernize HR processes and technology.

The role requires strong program management, change leadership, and hands-on execution to improve efficiency and employee experience at scale.

Qualifications

Doctorate degree and 2 years of HR project management or HR transformation experience.
Master’s degree and 4 years of HR project management or HR transformation experience.
Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of HR project management or HR transformation experience.
Associate’s degree and 10 years of HR project management or HR transformation experience.
High school diploma/ GED and 12 years of HR project management or HR transformation experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute high-impact HR transformation initiatives across a global enterprise.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Technology, business leaders and HR business partners.
Define strategic direction and design large-scale initiatives that modernize HR operations.
Deliver end-to-end projects that drive efficiency, agility, and employee experience.
Provide governance: steering committees, status reports, and KPI tracking.
Mentor project teams and partner with Change Management to drive adoption across workstreams.
