The Freeman Company is seeking a Senior Housing & Sourcing Manager to source and contract hotel programs for corporate and consumer events in the U.S. and internationally.

You will lead RFPs, negotiate terms, manage budgets, and coordinate with clients, hotels, and legal teams to mitigate risk and ensure on-time delivery. This role supports the Registration team, offers hybrid in-office/show site work, and requires 6–10 years of housing management experience, proficiency with Passkey and

Qualificações

• Typically 6–10 years of housing management and hotel/venue sourcing experience.
• Experience negotiating and managing hotel contracts for events with multiple hotels.
• Strong understanding of hotel contract clauses and risk mitigation with legal teams.
• Leadership to manage a team, contractors and clients.
• Proficiency with housing tech (Passkey, registration platforms).
• Advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint for updates and reporting.
• Willingness to travel 25%–50%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global hotel and venue sourcing from RFP through contract.
• Negotiate room rates, concessions, attrition, and other terms; route for approvals.
• Mitigate risk with legal teams and manage contract approvals.
• Develop strong hotel partner relationships for favorable terms.
• Lead housing execution for events, from kickoff to reconciliation.
• Track schedules, drive timelines, and communicate with clients and hotels.
• Mentor direct reports and contractors; manage vendor relationships.
• Produce housing reports and ensure GDPR/compliance in processes.
