Responsibilities include leading cross-regional programs, developing dashboards, and communicating progress to executives. The ideal candidate has strong program leadership, data analytics, and stakeholder management experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and reporting to senior leadership.
• 5+ years of cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of functional programs across regions and drive best practices.
• Create and deploy mechanisms to improve efficiency and measure organizational performance.
• Author narratives to define and execute organizational strategy and communicate results to leadership.
• Build and manage dashboards/scorecards to track progress and outcomes.
• Lead critical projects spanning the organization and influence multiple teams.
