Epiq Counsel is seeking a Senior International Corporate Governance & Entity Management Paralegal to support a global client. You will own end-to-end global subsidiary and entity management, implement governance standards, and serve as the main liaison for outside counsel across multiple jurisdictions.

This role operates within a fixed-term legal services model and requires 8+ years of relevant experience in corporate governance or international subsidiary management.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of corporate governance or international subsidiary management experience.
• Deep knowledge of global corporate structures.
• Proficiency in entity management systems like Diligent or GEMS.
