Job summary

PerkinElmer is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal to join the Legal team and own the day-to-day operations. The role emphasizes governance, entity management, equity documentation and transactional support, serving as the go-to expert for legal workflows.

Working with attorneys, you will manage parent and subsidiary entities, prepare board materials, and support equity transactions, contracts, invoicing and regulatory filings across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Admin or related field.
• ABA-approved paralegal certificate or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years as a corporate paralegal in a corporate legal department or large law firm.
• Experience managing contracts and equity award documents.
• Experience running legal operations processes, intake mailboxes, matter tracking or invoice processing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day legal operations including intake mailboxes and scheduling.
• Manage the NDA mailbox, NDAs, and track requests to execution.
• Maintain equity records and process equity award docs.
• Prepare board materials, consents and resolutions related to equity actions.
• Maintain corporate records and filings across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate due diligence and closing checklists for transactions.
• Monitor regulatory filings and compliance with laws.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external counsel on legal matters.
