Ekspert Counsel is seeking a Senior Legal Analyst – Corporate Governance to support corporate governance, entity management, compliance, and transactional matters across U.S., Canadian, and Caribbean entities.

The role involves managing corporate records, preparing board and shareholder resolutions, handling entity formations and dissolutions, and maintaining entity management databases such as CSC Navigator and GEMS.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of corporate governance or corporate paralegal experience.
• ABA Paralegal Certification or equivalent preferred; CLA certification is a plus.
• Experience in corporate governance within a corporate legal department or large law firm.

Responsabilidades

• Support a broad range of corporate governance, entity management, compliance, and transactional matters across U.S., Canadian, and Caribbean entities.
• Manage corporate records and prepare board and shareholder resolutions.
• Handle entity formations and dissolutions and maintain entity management databases.
