Qualifications

• 5+ years of design & innovation, research & development work experience.
• Experience in management of engineering design projects.
• Experience using MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of physical fulfillment and logistics systems across the globe.
• Innovate with automated material handling equipment, packaging tech, and robotics.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high quality solutions quickly.
• Manage multiple high-visibility projects and influence internal and external partners.
• Provide technical leadership for large-scale engineering projects.
• Develop standard work documentation across multiple building types.
