Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an experienced engineering leader to design next-generation fulfillment centers and logistics systems. You will own multiple projects from concept through design approval, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and suppliers.

After design approval, you’ll hand off to Ops Engineering for installation and commissioning, ensuring successful launches across varied facilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design & innovation, research & development work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or foreign equivalent.
• Experience with design & innovation and research & development.
• Experience in management of engineering design projects.
• Experience using MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to design high quality, cost effective solutions for fulfillment and distribution systems.
• Own multiple projects from concept realization through design approval and hand off to Ops Engineering.
• Support installation, commissioning and launch to ensure system success across green-field and retrofit projects.
