Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented candidate to provide front-line support for international forwarding and warehouse operations. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting invoicing and documentation processes.

The position requires HS Diploma or GED and at least three years in warehouse/forwarding roles, with strong MS Office skills including Excel.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Three (3) years of relevant operational warehouse experience.
• Three (3) years or more of international freight forwarding and warehouse operations experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, organizational & communication (written/oral) skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), specifically with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service by developing and maintaining relationships with customers.
• Support inbound and outbound office functions including distribution, cross-dock, CFS, and FTZ.
• Assist with onboarding new clients on the warehouse management system and set up initial processes for customer service activities and invoicing.
• Ensure the accuracy and life-cycle integrity of CFS, FTZ and other business documents; filing, retrieving, and archiving.
