Qualifications

• 2+ years of verifiable field service/commissioning experience on electro-mechanical industrial machinery.
• Ability to troubleshoot automated systems and read multi-page electrical/mechanical drawings.
• Willingness to travel 40–70 days per year and possess a valid passport.
• US work authorization (Citizen or Green Card) without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site installations, FAT, SAT, and commissioning at client facilities globally.
• Provide PLC/HMI software downloads and verify control logic in high-voltage panels.
• Collaborate with design engineers to submit ECRs based on field insights.
• Train operators and support teams during handovers and field deployments.
• Manage trade show staging and ensure zero-defect quality during shipping.
